Become a Mentor

The definition of Mentor says it all:  Trusted counselor or guide!

When men are in the middle of life change, the kindness of a a friend can be the difference between a man making it or failing.  At the URM, we want men who are willing to get involved to encourage and be a good listener.  Is that something that you might consider?

To be a mentor, the URM would like to get to know you better.  Chaplain Tom Myers leads our mentors making sure they are trained on what to expect, how to help our men and support the mentors in their roles.

It takes a servants heart, some time and above all a commitment to the men while mentoring them.
