David Hodge was named Union Rescue Mission’s new CEO in April 2024. After a career in corporate banking and change agent roles, he joined the nonprofit as the Chief Financial Officer in August of 2021. His past work assignments involved corporate banking, finance and accounting, marketing/business development, strategic planning, board and regulatory agency responsibility, and community relations roles in several markets and in multiple states. David has served in executive leadership positions in several banks, a church, a hospitality business, and a seminary. This background prepared him for what the Lord had in mind next at URM.

David and Jill are active members of Immanuel Baptist Church. They enjoy family time together and traveling. When David has a minute, he loves to explore much of the beauty of our country on a motorcycle.
